The "customer copy" top
sheet of a multi-part NCR set. Lower sheets are printed single colour
for economy. Sensitive information on lower sheets can be hidden
by printing a heavy pattern in the relevant areas.

Note
These 3-part NCR sets are made up into
delivery advice note books (the large left margin is used for binding)
for a haulage company. The top (perforated) sheet is given to the
customer. The second copy (also perforated) is removed at the end
of the day for office use, and the third copy stays in the book
as a record for the driver. |

pads. Each dentist in the practise has NCR pads printed on a different
colour paper, so administrative staff can easily assign patients

Order Pads (Waiter Pads)
A 2-part NCR set made into an order pad
for a fast food takeaway. Taking and placing orders is made quick
and easy. One copy for the person taking the order, the second for
kitchen staff. You'll notice it doubles as an invoice too, with
space to mark prices.

Save money by printing all pages the same...
...just list the paper colours on all sheets in the set (eg. "Pink:
Customer Copy. Yellow: Sales Copy. White: Office Copy").
Hide sensitive information...
...by asking us to print obscured areas on certain pages in a set. Terms
and conditions may be printed on the reverse of one or more sheets in the
set (in a pale colour to prevent show-through.)
NCR Printing Options
NCR pads: glued at top or side so you can remove sets as used for
immediate filing
NCR books: stapled at top or side with a cover. Sheet(s) that will
be torn out are perforated for easy removal. Sheets to be kept are left
un-perforated and retained in the book for record-keeping.
NCR sets: glued at top or side, but separated into sets. Useful
where only a small quantity is required for sharing amongst several members
of staff.
